When I look at my dad, I think of all the good things and sacrifices he has made for me and my siblings. Mr. Ajala, being my dad has been the best thing that has happened to me since I came to this world. My dad is a man that has shown diligence in everything he does. He is a man that has kept his nuclear and extended family together. He is a man that is a friend to all. Sometimes I wonder how he can maintain peace even with people who have shown him nothing but lackadaisical attitudes. Whenever confronted by me or my mum he would say read psalms 55. Oh, my father! He is many things but a man that loves God and his love for God constantly pushes me to love God too. He has taught me and my siblings to always trust God in everything no matter how complicated. When I look at how far he has gone I am also 100% sure that God loves him too. Mr. Ajala has been through so many things, and with the grace of God, he is still alive today, hale and hearty. God's mercy over my father can not be overemphasized, and with all, we give thanks to God. Is my father a disciplinarian? Oh yes! But he has always managed to correct us in a way that we end up laughing and playing.
My father is a man that motivates, he is never a man to talk negatively. His optimism is at its peak. My father is someone that continually pushes you forward even when you think you are at your best. Clearly, everyone around us knows that my father is a cheerful giver, a man that gives with all of his heart. A man that's filled with wisdom, his way of thinking I can't comprehend. His constant talks during our family devotions make my whole day. Mr. Kola's life speaks mercy, he is a true definition of God's grace and mercy.
Daddy, it's your birthday today and the gladness in my heart can't be overemphasized. I'm grateful to God for giving me a father like you, a father that cares, a father that loves his family, a father that constantly builds my siblings, and me to be a better version of ourselves. A FATHER INDEED!
