Hey guys, lifeofnickki decided to bring to you another very exciting content! I knew one way or the other I would want to talk about the single lifestyle. Guess what? I decided to bring my favorites in that game. These lovely people are not just my friends, but they are also very close to heart. Fortunately, you will get to know so much about the single lifestyle and see how amazing, being single can be!

Meet Juwon And Dara
I wanted to write on both parties separately, but the vibe I got from interviewing both of them together was everything! 
Juwon is my favorite person in the world. She has been single since like forever. She is simply amazing! Fortunately, we will fully understand what it means to be single and how it has affected her life. 

Oh! Dara has to be the only guy that makes being single feel like everything beautiful. He has been single since like forever and has been able to pull through the pressure of our society on being single. He is an amazing guy with great sense of humor. 

A lot of people are being pressured these days to move into a relationship, some even feel being single is boring and a curse. Most people are even too scared to breakup with their toxic partner because they are too scared to be single. Fortunately, as you read through, you will understand that being single is pure bliss. 

Please introduce yourself,age, the school you attend and also your level.

Juwon: Hey guys, I'm Oluwajuwonlo, a student of Morgan State University, junior year and oh yea! I'm 18. 

 Dara: Hey guys, I'm oluwadarasimi, a student of Redeemer's University, 200 level and of course I'm 18.

Have you ever been in a relationship?

Dara: Nahh

Juwon: Nope. We don't do that here!

Guys, do you think social media has made it hard for guys who are single?

Juwon: Well, social media has actually helped me. It has made it easier for me to socialize with more friends. It has made communication very easy and so these days we can easily slide into a guy's DM.

Dara: Just as juwon has said, social media has made it a lot more easier and also I get to meet variety of babes. Nice!!

So are you guys saying the way your friends flaunt their partners on social media doesn't pressure you?

Dara: Not at all.

Juwon: oh no! It's their flaunting!

What has been your worst experience as a single babe or guy?

Juwon: The fact that I don't get to enjoy closure most times can be really frustrating!

Dara: I miss the cuddles and intimacy that those in a relationship enjoy. My worst experience has to be lacking those moments.

So are you guys actually putting yourselves out there?

Juwon: Personally no. I just want friendship right now. I'm so into “friends with benefits ". Moreover, I feel relationship is kinda too much for me.

Dara: I'm not actually. I have certain things I want to accomplish before sticking to a relationship. So presently I'm exploring!


What's your ideal partner?

Dara: To be honest, I don't know! I just like what I like. I'm not even sure I know what I like until I see a menu or something. Lol😂

Juwon: Basically my friend. And same sense of humor, cause when I call you tease you, I expect you to tease me back.😂



What's your take on “a boyfriend should have the leading role in a relationship?

Juwon: When it comes to decision making, it should be 50/50. Well, he could lead on anything else!

Dara: Hell yea! It's on me to take the leading role after all, I'm the MAN here!


Have you ever felt ashamed of being single?

Juwon: Noo, it's not a disability please!

Dara: Never! What makes those in a relationship better? Nothing! Being single is not something easy. It takes some mental and emotional strengths to deal with being single. And we are strong to be here!


Are you afraid of love or heartbreak?
Dara: I'm actually afraid of love and not heartbreak. Love means a lot mehnn. The commitment and all is just wow!

Juwon:  Using the word “Afraid" is an high spectrum, let’s just say Not READY.


What's that one trait your supposed partner mustn't lack?

Juwon: He has to be really caring. I think that's like the most important thing to me.

Dara: She has to have a unique taste and most especially high self esteem.


Do you think being single is far better than being in a relationship🤗?

Juwon: For now yes! But things has to change later. My mum needs her grandchildren!

Dara: Yes! Because I wouldn't have to put anyone into consideration before making a decision. And it's endless fun!

   Here you have it guys! Either ways is great as long as you're having fun and you're are happy! Never be too scared to be single, you're amazing as always. Yea you might feel lonely sometimes but if you take time to look beyond all that. It is really bliss to be single!
